Thanks Jenny. They propose that there be a streamlined process for Nation Building projects and the Environmental Impact Assessment or IAA for a year for review and commencement of experts for these types of projects.
This will give more authority to provinces which can substitute elements of the IAA, all agreements so far have the same basic architecture; the federal government will defer to provincial processes for many projects will previously been considered federal with the stated goal of “one project one review”.
