The NDP right now isn’t listening. And they didn’t, which cost Rachel Notley the last election because they advised her very poorly. Also they didn’t listen to the rural caucus. Good lord - stop being so arrogant, get your heads out of your asses, listen to your supporters and perhaps we’ll have a good outcome in next election. But you hafta get moving on the change yesterday!
Good listen. My huge concern is the lacklustre job Nenshi is doing. NDP hafta get its shit together and do so now. If they don’t, they’ve lost the next election. I have no doubt that he’d be a good premier. But he has to get the party there. And it’s just not happening. Then we’re stuck with who knows?
I’m just getting SO DISCOURAGED with them. The higher echelons of the NDP in Alberta are just self sabotaging. They’ve been doing so for some time. They basically lost the election for Rachel Notley. They had her doing the let’s bash Smith. But her platform was incredible! It was, in my opinion, poorly written and put together. It did include what she had accomplished in a very short 4 years. But it was buried within what she intended going forward. Even so, what she needed to be doing was talk about her and the party’s accomplishments. To this day I do not know why they picked going after Dani, rather than talking about what she’d already done, and how she intended to carry that forward. I am so very frustrated.

Could not agree more, the NDP are not providing a different way forward. Restorative justice is required from coast to coast to coast.
