Led by Piikani Elder’s Morris Little Wolf and Harley Bastien, you are invited to participate in a traditional prayer ceremony for Grassy Mountain in Treaty 7.
Why attend? You have concerns about or ideas to protect and restore the Eastern Slopes.

Where is the ceremony? “Napi’s Playground is on or near the Livingstone Gap, where the Old Man River has carved it’s way through the mountains. You reach it by taking the road immediately south of the Old Man River. Go west from Highway 22 on (mostly) gravel road.”—Dr. Allan Garbutt
Details to get there will be provided upon RSVP.
When are we meeting? Due to the loss of two elders passing onto the spirit world this event has been postponed. Please sign up to learn the details, exact location, and date.
What are the protocols? Bring a warm spirit and brown bag lunch. Dress for the outdoors.
How may you participate? Media coverage and open microphone forum.
I hope to carpool, please organize with your friends and join us!
